A. Deliveries and shipments will be handled by Siliconvalley.com or its affiliate parties as long as the destination is covered by its delivery network. Delivery will be made to the location specified in the order’s Shipping Address to the Shipping recipient.
B. Shipping charges shall be specified in the order details upon payment, as applicable to the order.
C. Orders are typically dispatched on the following day after payment is verified for the order. Delivery lead time under normal circumstance are as follows:
- Metro Manila: 1-3 working days
- Luzon: 3-6 working day
- Visayas: 5-7 working days
- Mindanao: 5-7 working days
D. Upon delivery, customer recipient should present the following:
- Confirmation letter of the order
- Valid ID with photo and signature
E. In the absence of the cardholder, an authorized representative may be assigned by the customer upon presentation and submission of:
- Confirmation letter of the order
- Signed authorization letter
- Clear copy of cardholder’s ID with photo and valid signature
- Clear copy of representative’s ID with photo and valid signature
The above are requirements for release of the item. If unable to present complete documents, the order will not be turned over and delivery will be rescheduled following the provisions of #6.
F. Silicon Valley will not be held liable for nondelivery due to the following circumstances beyond the control of Silicon Valley and its affiliate partners:
- Unavailability of the recipient and/or authorized representative
- Incomplete requirements for authorizing a representative
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Community lockdown due to quarantine guidelines
Silicon Valley reserves the right to charge additional delivery fee/s after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt due to unavailability of the receiver and/or authorized representatives, incomplete requirements, or incorrect address. We will coordinate with the customer and proceed to the succeeding delivery attempts only upon the customer’s advice. If the delivery fails on the third attempt, the transaction will be terminated. Delivery fees and other payments made may be forfeited following the provisions of the refund policy.
G. By proceeding with the transaction, the customer acknowledges that delivery of products is subject to availability. While the uploaded stock information is updated regularly, it is possible that items become unavailable in-between updates. As such, delivery time frames are estimates and delays can occur. If delayed, a Silicon Valley representative will inform the customer by text and/or email and we will dispatch it as soon as it is available.
H. Silicon Valley shall not be held liable for any loss or damages to the customer arising from delays and/or nondelivery of orders. Nonetheless, Silicon Valley will still do its best to coordinate the deliveries and third parties involved in the deliveries upon notice of the customer.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
A. Replacement of unit due to change of mind is not allowed. Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged.
B. Customers are expected to check their purchase within 24 hours of receipt. If the item has missing parts or physical damages, customer shall inform Silicon Valley within this 24 hours. Kindly send us an email at email@example.com and a Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter. In case the customer sends a notice after 24 hours, the concern will still be investigated but item replacement will be under manufacturer’s disposition.
C. Items to be returned must be in its original delivery condition with complete accessories and packaging. Return delivery by the customer should include the original copy of Sales Invoice. Credit will only be issued upon receipt of products in good re-sellable condition. Silicon Valley may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the return. In the rare case that item or items returned are not in pristine condition, 10% of the product/s’ total amount will be depreciated and be charged to the buyer for restocking fee.
D. The following are considerable grounds in which a customer may return their purchase
1. Item not as advertised – item(s) received is not as expected based on details in the website
2. Wrong Item Delivered – item(s) received by the customer is not the same product he/she ordered.
3. Damaged Item – item(s) received by the customer may have dents, scratches or any issues that relates to cosmetics quality.
4. Defective item – item(s) received by the customer is not working properly or it has “Factory Defect”.
5. Missing Accessories/Item – Some parts or bundles of the order is missing.
A. Orders are fulfilled only after full payment is confirmed and verified. If payment confirmation is not received by siliconvalley.com.ph within three (3) banking days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
B. Customers may cancel their orders by sending a cancellation request in the website; however, shipping fee and handling fee may be charged by Silicon Valley depending on the circumstance of cancellation. Cancellation of orders under “processing” status will only be accepted in a case to case basis; those due to change of mind will not be accepted.
C. Silicon Valley takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any loss or damages to the customer arising from shipping information and/or payment information incorrectly entered by the customer or wrong remittance by the customer in connection with the payment for the items purchased. We reserve the right to check whether the customer is duly authorized to use certain payment methods, and may suspend the transaction until such authorization is confirmed, or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.
D. You may not claim against Silicon Valley for any failure, disruption or error in connection with your chosen payment method. Silicon Valley reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any payment method without notice to you or giving any reason.
E. In the case where an order cannot be processed for any reasons, Silicon Valley reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any given time. If your order is cancelled after your credit card (or other payment accounts) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment accounts) in the amount of the charge.
F. You may also be asked to provide additional verification or information before we accept the order.
All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism as applicable, and to the person who made the original payment, except for Cash on Delivery. If the purchase was completed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made via bank transfer to the individual’s bank account or via pick-up from the preferred branch. For refunds by bank transfer, complete and accurate bank account details must be provided to us in writing. For refunds by pick up, only the customer whose name was indicated in the billing information may be claim this upon presentation of valid ID. An authorized representative may be designated upon presentation of signed authorization letter and valid ID. Handling and shipping fees incurred in the transaction may be deducted in the refund total amount.
Siliconvalley.com.ph offers no guarantee on the timeliness of the refunds. The processing of payment may take time depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or payment provider’s internal processing guidelines. All refunds are conditional upon siliconvalley.com’s acceptance of a valid return of the item. Siliconvalley.com.ph also reserves the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.
